2008 show wins
Although we did not attend many shows during 2008 we did however get the following awards:
- In May 2008 we took our black lakeland (Golly) to SKC show where she acheived her first RCC. In July she acheived her 2nd RCC at leeds under Mr Bill Brown Cole. As this was her 2nd RCC she again made breed history not only for being the first black bitch to acheive a RCC but for the only black lakeland to ever acheive 2 RCCs
- In June 2008 we took our kerry blue ( Billie) to the KBTCofE where she achieved her first RCC. After her win in June Billie has since recieved her second RCC at Bournemouth championship show under Mrs M A Micklethwaite.
2009 Show wins
- At Crufts 2009 Margaret handled stanstead Try This One where they achieved a 1st and best puppy in breed. Alice also achieved 1st at the LTS open show. Alice then achieved 1st at the LTC championship show.
- At Windsor Nick Connell handled Stanstead Take A Chance on me where they achieved 1st and got the BCC which made breed history for the only black lakeland ever to gain a CC in england.
At Midland Lakeland Terrier Club Margaret Handled Stanstead Try This One Where she attained 1st Junior Bitch and then when on to win the RBCC under all round Terrier Judge Roger Crooks. Thanks go to the judge for making it such a memorable day for Margaret.
At the Lakeland Terrier Society Show Margaret handled Stanstead Try This One where she attained 1st in Junior Bitch and then went on to win the RBCC under Max King.
2010 Show wins
2010 got off to a good start for Margaret Whitehead with her young Lakeland Stanstead Try This One. They attained 1st in Post Graduate bitch under Zena Thorn-Andrews at Manchester Dog Show.
